# Third Party Payment

We are having our gala on Nov 6.  We are using PayFacto for our credit card processing.  Can we use your software for everything but the payment processing?

Hi Medlee, thank you for your question. We recommend against processing outside of the software, as it is best practice to provide your supporters with a simple, seamless check-out. Our credit card processing partner,  Worldpay, offers a flat 2.9% rate, with NO set up fee, per transaction fee or monthly maintenance fee. We'll help you get connected with them, and it typically takes only a few business days to complete the process.
